A a bit rough to start, but a 2 hour decant made a world of difference. Chalky minerals, apple, bit of wet paper.

Not bad. Probably the least favorite Cantillon I’ve ever drank.

2013 cork. Thin collar of white lacing, otherwise still. Nose and palate are grassy with slightest citrus and barnyard. This opened up well and was way nicer than any of the fresh bottles I’ve had.

Very good. Aroma is tart funky grape. Not much carb but flavor is on point. Really cool try, thanks Jack!

Bruoscella of course ! J’ai un peu attendu pour que la température monte 🛗. Or en demi. Flat et un peu oxydée, toujours aussi végétale, pomme 🍏 bien sur (et sûre), grillée, vineuse avec encore la touche oxydée presque jurassique qui revient ! Miam

Kirpakan hapan, makea tuoksu. Alussa hyvin pehmeää ja mietoa, mut sitten muuttuu happamaksi. Loppuun kuivan tammisen tynnyrinen. Elegantti!
