Loved this at Monk’s for the last Zwanze and also enjoyed at the brewery in Brussels a couple years before that, but this bottle isn’t great. Sharp acid and ketchup with some earthy rhubarb type notes along with grape skins.

Kompocik taki mocniejszy, alkoholowy, skorzany, drewniany i beczkowy, lekki grejpfrucik, jest ok, 4,1, s: kwasne, octowe, winogronowe, nawet wisniowe, finisz wytrawny, mocno sciagajacy, cytrynka, grejpfrut, pieprzowe, bez szalu no, 3,9 overall.

Interesring GC. Tastes like purple plum nectar. Nose is very vineous. Acidic. Earthy.

Hapu, veinine, ploomine, happeline, veits vesine, marjane. Huvitav,aga jätkuvalt meeldib tavaline rohkem.

Classic lamvinus nose. Earthy forest berries, omamy/sweat-moshroomieness. Strong sourness in the cheekbones, red current, lactic sweetness, very red current. quite sour.

Even wennen na de ‘14 maar toch ook echt lekker. Jong, maar met een tijdje open te staan komen de tannines er toch mooi door.

Heel juicy; maar toch droge afdronk. Heeft een rood fruit vibe. Superleuk en uniek; wel niet van t allerbeste.

Personally, I would have expected a little more from this beer. Nevertheless, it has a nice grape note in the nose as well as on the palate. However, in my opinion, again a bit too earthy/woody on the palate and dry on the finish.
