Robe Bordeaux/grenadine, la mousse tiens plus que sur les autres Cantillon testés. Au nez framboise, cassis, grenade et sucrée. Au goût : acide, liqueur de framboise voir de cassis, mûre bien mûre, les bulles sont plus fines que sur les autres testées

Primera Cantillon 😍 en nariz mucha fruta, predomina frambuesa pero aparece otra cosa, da sensación de carozo y al final cuero de caballo. En boca equilibrio al principio, dulzor frutal con algo herbal, después entra la acidez y se queda. Mineral y salado

Really nice sour. Tart yet sweet and acidic enough to let through its fruitiness. Nicely well balanced.

Weet toch echt niet wat het altijd met Cantillon is voor mij. Veel te droog, meestal. Smaak is goed hoor, maar altijd een droge bek en keel achteraf.

Sulphury raspberry aromas mixed w/ what it seems to be wild strawberries. Mild sourness and lots of tart red fruit notes. The sweeter -if that adjective fits here- of today's bunch. See you tomorrow.

Frambuesa a paladas, acidez muy justa, se bebe como refresco, con el maridaje mejora el perfil fruta y sube un poco la acidez, muy muy buena!!!

Sehr geil! Das Lambic steht im Vordergrund mit guter Säure! Die Himbeeren sind gut Präsent, aber fügen sich perfekt ein, ohne künstlich zu schmecken Oder zu überlagern! Super abgerundet, lecker!

Pucker up fellas as this will get you. Sours are way out of my league and this is no different. From Europe, one of Bobs favorites, but it will not convert me to a sour palate. Try it if you can find it......it does get better the more you drink it.

Geruch Himbeer bubble, im Antrunk tart.. Leichte ausgewogene trockenheit gebremst von sanfter smartheit....sehr komplex schöne angenehme Säure👌👍

My last one of these bottles. So amazing and special. Paired it with Roger Groult Calvados Pu’s D’Auge aged in Cantillon barrels. A true highlight especially my wedding ring was found...longer story there
