Lambic giovane (6 mesi). Schiuma rosa stupenda. Naso fruttato di lampone lievemente acido con pochi sentori da lambic. I primi sorsi sono acetici ma dopo il sorso si ammorbidisce restando fruttato e lattico. Finale secco acido di frutta e finalmente funky

Vibrant vibrant pink red. Gunmetal smoke on the nose with some fresh fruit underneath, then savoury. A pink point intense fruit and funk; expressing as smoke, then jam then intensely tart. The spanking fresh fruit balances. Huge and lasts for hours.

Cant believe i havent checked this in cause I swear i had it before? Either way, still as tasty as Cantillon always is 🥰 though a bit more meaty than i expect. Is it cause its on keg? Or the vintage?

2020. Ratebeer 98/78. Субъективно: 3 Fonteinen Hommage обыгрывает Cantiillon. Рубиновое, замутненное. Хорошая стойкая розовая пена. В ароматике сладкая малина, кислая малина, есть нотки цитрусов, вишни,смородины, но малина все подавляет. Скотного двора

Pierwszy łyk dziewczyny i słyszę "dobre, takie damskie". Kolejne 2 łyki i koryguje swój błędny osąd. Dalej jej smakuje, ale już wie, że to nie damskie piwo. Oczywiście jest owocowe, ale jest też dzikie, trochę może nawet beczkowe, do tego kwaśne (~ocet).
