Fijne Gueuze. Lekker zuur, maar niet te. Best wel zacht eigenlijk. Ik proef vooral citrus, echt limoen/citroen-achtig. Beetje funky ook wel. Super fris gewoon met een hele lange droge afdronk!

Famed bar from ye olde days on Ricky Steves suggested places to visit. Not sure I’m a fan of the Lambic style. Too tart.

Fijne neus. Afgeronde smaak. Groene appels. Geen suikers, maar zachte zuren.
