So good. More subtle in flavor than the 50n4e bottle

High on Minerality. Starts with nice and smooth cognac touch, finished with fat and old port barrel heaviness, long and singing finish. Mildly vinegary but I like it.

That rare batch that sat in cognac, and port barrels. Those are noticeable in the finish, but it’s subtle. Flat pour which is apparently normal for this batch. Arnold Palmer, oak, and other classic Gueuze funk. 4.1

(LDW Share) I like that the barrel notes are present without overpowering. Assertive oak, classic gueuze notes, some citrus and orchard fruit, light funk, and a little fortified spirit fruitiness. 50N-light. Nearly still after the initial bubbles fade.

50N4E light.

Recently discovered I have a couple of these particular bottles in my cellar. The description is inaccurate however, as they were purchased retail and not part of a pack. Definitely has some 50N/Brabantiae vibes, yet very little carbonation.

Low carbonation, musty, vanilla, barrel. Faint 50n vibe. Low funk. Smooth geuze. Young for it’s 5 years
