Oaked like a red wine, intense sour-apple sort of aroma, sour and not too accessible. The ultimate treat for my taste buds.

27 Aug 2020 bottle date. Classic Gueuze is always a banger (relatively) fresh. Funky barn, cork, damp wood, Granny Smith apple, light yogurt, dry mineral finish.

Пожёстче в плане баланса вкуса чем Loerik. Как будто то же самое, но грубее. Но в целом неплохо, кисло-горькое. Больше кислое, чем горькое. Как Boon наверное. Надо бы ещё раз попробовать.
