Je pense que c’est la première que je bois. La Gueuze on aime ou on aime pas. Moi celle-ci, j’adore. C’est parfaitement maîtrisé en bouche et en goût. Superbe travail.

Cantillon flag is next level my man. S/o to him. Very sour - not my favorite of there’s, and the global rating affirms that, but still excellent and great to have it in a bottle.

Impossible to separate this from the source (the brewery, in Anderlecht, on a lifetime highlight trip) and be objective, but regardless, it's GOOD.
