How have I never checked this. Woody, sweet lemon. Mild tartness. Kind of crisp & refreshing.

Klassie geuze, ruikt naar de zolder waar die gestoken is, smaakt naar het goud uit de Zennevallei. Pracht exemplaar.

Barnyard, lime, grapefruit, must, dry. I can literally smell their rafters in this beer. Mild acidity, which I love.

Nearly 4 year old bottle. Really smooth and a little more funky than when fresh.

One of the holy grails of sour beer, stoked to try this one. The last beer from my Ale Tales days, aged for a year, 2018 on bottle.

A “why the hell not it’s basically the end of vacation” beer. It’s from 2016 and it’s damn near perfect.

My first Cantillon. Lovely crisp fruity lambic. Lots of green apple, white grape, citrus, some farmyard funk and an earthy and crisp dryness. Very, very good beer
