Aroma acético, esterificado. Corpo leve, extremamente seca, sabor bem característico de lambic, acético, celeiro, porém bem limpa e equilibrada, excelente.

Tart tannins, bright apricots, light honey, oaky flavor, slow burn zesty finish. Opens up nicely, don’t drink cold. Brilliant and effervescent!

Jsem ostuda, ale tohle je můj úplně první Cantillon 🥴. A je to skvělé ☝️😻. Typická, ostrá vůně zcela koreluje s chutí. Ta je sladká, zároveň však i octově kyselá (jako jablečný ocet) s tóny dřeva a zvláštní, lehounkou nahořklostí v závěru. 0,3l za 109Kč
