Taste test 3: It's sooo fresh! Wine-like quality but much more sharp berry flavour than you usually see (at least according to Jesper). Surprisingly sweet for such a sour affair. Incredible!

2023. Deep and rich cherry notes. Acid is moderate minus. Good carb. Nicely balanced and complex with the cherry still playing a key role. 92

What a treat, shafted with a intense sour cherry (which I love) and lemon with a rather acidic aftertaste. This was a rollercoaster of flavours and kept on giving as I made my way through it. She makes you feel special.
