Œil : rouge, col fin. Nez : grosse puissance, vin rouges nature, raisins. Bouche : magnifique, équilibre, acidité légère, grosse notes de raisins, brett subtil. Énorme longueur sur les raisins. L’impression du boire un vin nature ! Superbe !

Yeah this is basically perfection. Grape flavor is so clear you'd think it's wine until the end when the cantillon funk pops through to round out the flavor. Awesome balance.

Soft grainy base, with raw wheat and dusty grain silo, beneath a very bright, vibrant fruit layer. This isn't deep, saturated, sweet grape, but young, fresh, and juicy. Some underlying jammy notes of red currant, blackberry, raspberry coming in and out

Intense grape funk w/ mild spice. It's a curious beer, as each sip intrigues and invites more consideration. No question this will age very well, but it's already drinking deliciously.

Empty tap room at Cantillon? What a rare sight. Beer is drinking great. A nice amount of sweetness, some grape juice pushing through, a god amount of tartness, some tannins.

What a great blend with reds! Vinous and grapy aroma. Spicy undertones, beautiful grapy notes, peppery notes. Very nice body, more vinous. Rich, almost full body. At leadt for a lambic with grapes. Beautiful.

Lots of different grapes, like wine which hasn’t entirely finished fermentation. Perhaps if bisulfite was added. Tart, acidic, would age lovely.

Fruchtig, Trauben häutig und der nicht tief gehende Essig-Ritzer. Wird dann schnell sanft zum Gaumen, mehr Traubenfleisch aber auch Kirsche und Pflaume. Hinten Tannine aber gar nicht so dry
