Tart, berries and sour berries. Gentle oak. Lovely tartness, quite intense. Unique and quality lambic. (7/10)

2022 vintage - Oddly low amount of sourness. Slight bitterness, and some harsh notes - kind of like lick a pencil.. Not impressed, which is unfortunate.

Rocznik 2021. Ciężko opisać rokitnik, gdy nie wie się, jak smakuje. Nieco różane. Potężna kwasowość cierpki, nieco stajenny, może brzoskwinie.

One of the most underrated Cantillon lambic. So delicate, so well balanced. The argousier blend wonderfully with the lambic. It's just brilliant. Lambic is there, fruit is there. It's on another level

Sea buckthorn is unique. Kind of citrus kind of white wine kind of funky stone fruit and even melon. All the tart like a very ripe gooseberry
