香りはアプリコットのフレッシュ感強く、味わいはそれを上回る出汁やしょっぱみが強い。これはチーズとかと合わせて飲みたいやつですね。この出汁感とかは置いておけば薄れるのだろうか。

Première fois que je goûte à la Fou’Foune aussi fraîche (2020/08/03). Le nez d’abricots est sublime! Et la gorgée qui suit est tout aussi fruitée.

フレッシュさ前回のアプリコットアロマに含めば酵母由来の出汁とも言える旨味のある複合酸味。まだまだ荒々しく刺激的だけど厚みのある味わいで爽快感と満足感○。4.6.

Apricot though the roof. Pretty acidic and fresh, but maybe with some age some Brett-like funk may develop. Tastes amazing though.

En una comparativa con la 2019 gana el año anterior, incluso con el ligero añejado se percibe más fresco el albaricoque, aun así siempre un puto birrote

Oaky and funky. Great core apricot flavor without being sweet. Has a depth of flavor throughout - no real weaknesses.
