Sweet floral fruity apricot, balanced tartness without any acid. Dry finish. Clean light cantillon funk. Great stuff!

향 미쳐따... 살구! 살구! + 은은한 펑키함이 섞이면서 뭐지 아무튼 향 너무 좋음. 탄산은 잘잘하게 꽤 강하고. 뒤에 단맛으로 마무리. 쓴맛은 거의 없네. 맛까지 엄청나다는 아닌데 향 너무 좋다 미쳐따.

Huge abricot nose. Has some fruit sweetness, nice big head and big carbonation, amazing abricot fruitiness, and awsome balancing sourness.

Nose is tangy apricot and apricot candy, taste is stonefruity apricots, retained sweetness and balanced acidity. High carbonation and medium body. Incredible beer

香りはアプリコットのフレッシュ感強く、味わいはそれを上回る出汁やしょっぱみが強い。これはチーズとかと合わせて飲みたいやつですね。この出汁感とかは置いておけば薄れるのだろうか。

Première fois que je goûte à la Fou’Foune aussi fraîche (2020/08/03). Le nez d’abricots est sublime! Et la gorgée qui suit est tout aussi fruitée.

フレッシュさ前回のアプリコットアロマに含めば酵母由来の出汁とも言える旨味のある複合酸味。まだまだ荒々しく刺激的だけど厚みのある味わいで爽快感と満足感○。4.6.
