Sweet and tart, cheesy funky peachy, and hint of barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a tart and funky hint of peach finish. Great!

Tart lemon with some salt up front, apricot gets slightly fruity, adding a touch of sweetness. The tartness (8/10) continues throughout.

Dus de geruchten kloppen: de 2020 versie is echt heerlijk. Veel minder zuur dan de vorige versies, mooi abrikoos in de neus en in de smaak, blijft lang hangen. Goede balans.

One of my favourite Cantillon again after a long time. 2020 is quite acidic & carbonation was a bit high, but still pure apricot pleasure. Perhaps, needs more time in the bottle. ⬇️4.40

N'ayant jamais bu de Fou'foune j'apprécie beaucoup la fraîcheur fruitée rafraîchissante de ce jeune lambic. 0 funk avant d'ajouter les levures à mon verre, pas surprenant vu l'âge de la bouteille. Curieux de voir l'évolution de ma 2019.

Absolutely beautiful juicy apricot aroma! And it opens more and more in glass. Very fruity, juicy and well balanced taste. Hints of sulphur in aftertaste. Very good blend, but aroma is phenomenal!

Second bottle I have from this beer - 6 months older. Much more balanced, but sweet linger, more apricot taste !

For me the slight winner. 4.6 or so - you can really tell the quality of fruit from 2020. Super ripe peach/apricot nectar, orchard, flat white peaches. Interesting to see how this ages in about 6 months!
