Peaches parfum and a bit of honey, taste is unripe peaches, lime, a bit of oak and some apple vinegar

Apricot though the roof. Pretty acidic and fresh, but maybe with some age some Brett-like funk may develop. Tastes amazing though.

En 2019 j’avais rated 4,5, mais j’en était quand même un peu dans mes début de ces styles ! Après presque 2 ans j’en ai bu bcp des sours... aujourd’hui je me rend compte qu’il se fait bcp mieux et plus proche et moins dure à avoir en trade. Abricot sour
