Dit wordt mijn eerste 5 rating! Dit bier is zo in balans, zo zacht. Man wat lekker. Om 10.45 uur in de ochtend op dinsdag. Prachtige start van mooi dagje.

Not changing the old rating from my two previous experiences, but DRINK THESE NOW - acidity is rising! Fruit still gorgeous, funk in the haus, but edging on too tart. 4.35 Bday celebrations continue! Thanks, David!

太感动了，真的很棒的状态，闻上去酸樱桃果酱和肉桂香气，樱桃果肉香气还保持的这么好，入口陈化酸樱桃果肉果核香气带着舒服的肉桂香气，平和中有着我感觉最理想的克里克香气，这种樱桃和淡淡肉桂带来的雍容华贵的香气真的太棒了，时间的沉淀使得他酸度也变得柔和舒服带着与之平衡的甜味，樱桃果味持久悠长，很优雅

A treat, still potent after 10 years. Some fruit flavours has faded but not as much as I expected. A nice beer Cellar dive 🧜♂️
