Fruit forward. Hazed yellow with a low white head and small streaming carbonation bubbles. Fresh green apple and juicy apricot aroma, very light lactic. Lightly carbonated, refreshing acidity, crisp apple and soft apricot. Dry finish.

It was worth the wait (not the Arsenal game we were waiting to drink it during, Chelsea are a bit good). Lovely lambic, tart but not too tart. Barely any sweetness in a good way but a lovely deep dried apricot flavour.

2019 vintage. Insanely acidic, touch of acetic. Virtually no funk with just a bit of stonefruit in the background. Undrinkably acidic

Very refreshing, surprisingly smooth and tasty. The balance between the sweetness and acidity is impeccable!
