Немного разочарован, думал что абрикосы во вкусе будут более явными. Но в целом очень даже добротно, кислотно, на послевкусии курага из компота

Sniff is like something out of Masterchef where they dish up the same ingredient in 7 different ways. Here we have APRICOT purée, soft fresh flesh, apricot skins, apricot stone, you get the picture. Sip is soft but with a zip, pleasingly tart, with bite.

Comparé avec Pruim de 3F. Pas mal acide/sûre, funk surette. Tranchante. Claudia a deviné abricot à la première gorgée! 4,25 - Late check.

W aromacie dobrze zaznaczone nuty funky - końska derka, stajnia, mokre siano uzupełnione o wyraźne, ale nienachalne brzoskwinie. Następnie pojawiają się cytrusy takie jak cytryna, grejpfrut oraz pomelo. W tle agrest, winogrona oraz lekko ziemiste nuty.

Wonderful nose, ripe apricots popping. Dry, light funk. Some nice oak. Nice treat. Lively carbonation.

One of my white whales. Not as jammy as some of the batches are supposed to be. Still perfectly balanced. Tart, sour apricots with a mildly funky finish. Apricot jam flavor on the finish too. Great beer, but other vintages are probably better.
