Whoa I think this might be the sourest Canti I've ever had! Plump plump plump apricot. Mineral, ketchup and cherry tomatoes, rocket tart candies on the finish. Lovely bottle pour!

병으로 마실 때 보다 더 진한 살구 뉘앙스. 껍질의 풋내와 잘 익은 과육의 달큰한 향과 맛이 잘 어우러진다. 살짝 새콤하다가 살구 풋내가 남으며 깔끔하게 마무리.

So happy to finally get to have this. I was on the hunt for a while. Excellent! Maybe more subtle than I imagined. Blends fruit flavor very well.

5^ compleanno il giorno dopo ed è rimasta ancora una grande selezione, imperdibile questo lambic con una storia di quelle che solo Kuaska può raccontare, ormai un classico con i profumi e gusti da lambic con le albicocche che le rendono unica e speciale

2018 bottle. Tarter than I remember fresh, with that Cantillon funk, green apple and dry white grape but left a bit long for the fruit, as the apricot comes through faintly on the finish and disappears fairly quick.
