Lovely oak coming through, bitter fruity notes, wood resin almost bordering on cedar. Clove like spice developes on the finish, it's subtle and interesting. I can taste the spirit of the brewery and it's transporting me back to Belgium. Wonderful

Dry, delicate and oaky, it’s enjoyed its time in the barrels for sure. Classy beer. Bang up my street.

Rocznik 2020. Słodko-kwaśny, minimalne taniny, skóra, suszone brzoskwinie, może białe winogrona. Brakuje trochę derki, ale też jest dobrze!

Przyjemnie orzeźwiajacy, nieco agrestowy nieblenodwany lambik. Lekki w odbiorze, nieco goryczkowy. Finisz z małym hintem wanilli.

Nice and funky this. Some elderflower on the nose, along with some good farmyard. Refreshing pucker in the finish.

Smooth rich and winey with a light tartness. A nice treat as I don't get a chance to drink to this kind of Lambic too often

Straight from the barrel; soft & delicate on the nose, tannins, tart apples, oxidized lemons, mild malty sweetness, a touch of herbs, subtle sulphur; Tast: pleasant tannic structure, good levels of tart & sour but not puckering or acetic, tart wine

Lekker fruitig, mooie complexiteit en met een lekker zuurtje. Beter dan een grand cru bruoscella. En nu nen hoop kweeperen op smijten!
