A belated Thanksgiving dinner! This goes so well with the mushroom broth and bread with smoked salt. The brandy gives it a nice depth. Good start!

Forrige konjakk, denne brandy. Kunne med fordel hatt enda mer. Lavt karbonert, epler-ish, bra syre. Søtlig start, syrlig finish. God men trenger tiiiiiiid

Брэнди. Бочка очень яркая и отчетливая. Мягенько, практически без кислоты, без уксуса. Лёгкая сладость. Ферма, куриные какахи.
