New Cantillon favorite that I will never get to try ever again. Low carbonation, thick/syrupy body. Fruity and boozy hints from the brandy. Sublime.

Belgium-Pt. 2: This might have been my favorite out of many favorites at Cantillon. The cognac barrel really lends some nice complexities to the lambic. Excellent.

New aged bottled deliciousness courtesy of Blake...wow...

Green apple, a ton of sweetness from the brandy barrel, fairly oaky, light citrus, light nuttinesd. Opens up well.

Could use an extra few years. Very light and has a nice lemon flavor

Wood first, then juicy citrus, then a long finish. Light carb, but doesn’t taste flat. Nice brandy taste throughout.

Finally a good reason to crack this beauty (just a Monday night dinner with way out of town friends before they leave again). Moldy, earthy, wooden funk, just the way you expect this to be. Just a perfect beer in almost every way.

Awesome nose. You can taste subtle cognac. My only complaint is that this is not really a daily drinker. Too rich 😜

Initial brandy hit dissipates, and you’re left with a delightful sweet apple flavour - stunner

Highly complex, musty, cheesy, over ripe plum, oak, low acidity.

Awesome. Tartness is very dialed back with virtually no acidity. Palate is green apples, a touch of black pepper, and finished with a super nice influence from the brandy barrels that gives it done sweetness. Already drinking great.

Amazing. Peppery with some bitter orange rind in the beginning; as it warms the brandy flavor comes forward and it sweetens just a bit.

Low retention, lovely woody taste, brandy barrel, tad sweetness, that's a complex stuff 😍, better at every sip until the end 😋 Bottled 04.12.18 👍

Grape moonshine lambic. Woody and funky. Peppery. Tropical fruits, papaya and fermented grapes. Deepness.

Delicate brandy and strawberry note with woody and oaky notes. Delicate notes if brandy, mixed with lambic. Notes of apples, wood, leather and brandy. The barrel is so well integrated. Wow. So good.
