The rich, bold acidic profile lingers for the correct amount of time and not so much it's still refreshing. I really like it. It's funky but doesn't knock your socks off and the cherry is genuine.

Dry, some sweetness, tart. Acidic, sour. Some age is shown. Reallly well done. Strange odor though 🤣

Color rojo aguado. No hay giste. Aroma dulce y agrio.

Bottled April 2019. The smell alone is a 4.75 and the taste is a 4.25. So unique.

Deck the halls, trimming the tree, drinking the good stuff. 22 June 2020 offering. The aroma is more complex than the palate, which is one of sour cherries and slight funk. The aroma brings visions of spiderweb dew and noyaux horse blanket.

Awesome story, natural yeast blown in from local outside, takes ages to make, really old technique; really cherry’y, fizzy, tarty, sour, delicious. Awesome big corkscrew bottle

Aroma bien salvaje, leve ácido, carozo y algo dulce.

So difficult to describe this, tastes a bit like a fruity sherbert with a long dry finish. Unreal
