Thanks and cheers to Michael from Mon Petit Cafe Stuttgart and Fotis from the Local Pub Greece for bringing me a sampler of this.I liked it way more than 2019. Amazing color. Aroma and taste is full of beetroot indeed.A strange fruit to add, but it worked

Great dinner paired w/ this surprising lambic. Nose is moist, almost moldy, earthy beetroot w/ a faint funky edge. Beetroot through & through, moist earth, followed suit by a flash of sulphur & a long, dry, roasty bitterness.

This is actually pretty awesome. Smells like Daria's borsch and has just enough Cantillon on the taste to clearly be a lambic.

This is something else. Beets all over. Massive fresh harvest of beet aroma. Beets in your face in taste. Unique and awesome. Mad beets.

Big deep sniff of a raw beetroot. Bit of a dirty beetroot. An acidic dirty beetroot.

This is an insane beer. My Polish roots love it because it tastes like you’re drinking borscht (beet soup). I don’t think I’ve ever had anything like it before.

That's more like it. Big fruit, bit of beetroot is definitely there but if I'm honest I'm not sure I'd have called it if I hadn't know. Really good. Cheers!

An acquired taste, acidic and really earthy like you are eaten an freshly picked root with the soil still attached. And I love it!

Beautifully tart and sour with an underlying, but noticeable earthiness. I would like it better if the earthy notes didn't get stronger and the sour/tart nobles weaker as it warms ,- but still fabulous
