Fairly young lambic aroma, the beetroot giving an earthy sweerness; on the palate beetroot sweetness upfront, followed by an earthy, bitter funk and very dry finish. Quite tannic, moderate acidity.

Funky, beetroot, acidity, berries nose. Flavor is sour, tarty, fruity, mild to high carbonation, balanced. Bravo les gars!

红色菜头增味的小“玩笑”并没有太亮眼 今年没有提供瓶啤 全是扎啤 闻起来就是红菜头的泥土味 入口微淡 然后就是熟悉的康帝隆酸腐味。略微的刺激感。

Tierra mojada, moho, arcilla... En contrapunto, frutos rojos y una acidez suave pero larga. Matices muy curiosos q no dejan indiferente. A mí me encanta!

Colore fantastico, forti note terrose e vegetali, tipo buccia di patata. Gusto sicuramente inaspettato.

Y por último la Zwanze de este año. Pura remolacha. Pura tierra. Otra buena experiencia.

Nicer than expected, bit of fun but I get lambic and beetroot as separate entities. Dwight would love it.

13. W aromacie cudowny zapach buraczka, a z kwaśnymi nutami bardziej kieruje myśli za zakwas buraczany. Przyjemny. W smaku na pierwszym planie nuty lambika, ale zaraz po chwili pojawiają się buraczane. Przyjemny kwasek. Brakuje tylko burgera z burakiem.😷

No es de mi gusto pero está muy logrado, sabor a remolacha perfectamente diferenciado y integrado en la lambic

Bevuta a una settimana dall’evento. Sembra molto più pulita rispetto alle altre foto. Zero acetico pervenuto anche se dalle descrizioni precedenti sembrava esserci.

40/50. Smells like a moldy cellar full of beetroots. Earthy. Surprisingly elegant and nice. Sour & slightly tart. Crisp.
