かなりジューシーな。柑橘。オレンジから酸っぱいミカン系。甘やかで美味し。昔よりもかなりドリンカビリティ上がった気がする。香りはちょっと植物的なホップに口に含むとシガーも。この辺りは昔の感じよね。そういう意味では少しホップが浮いてる気もしないでもないけど、むしろ美味くなったかな。

Bottled Jan 2010 - nearly 14 years later, it's drinking so damn FINE. Plenty of carb left, bright and balanced. Been down on sours recently but this one hit all the notes that made me fall in love - drinkable, funky, bright. Perfect.

Very interesting beer. I have been aging this since 2016, so I would imagine it has developed pretty considerably since then. But it is a good beer, very pithy, with a tart punch. Almost like a grapefruit, without the grapefruit flavour
