Honestamente, creo que a la larga estas cervezas en barril pierden, sobre todo si no tienen una gran rotación. Nada como una botella lambica recién abierta, con su punto adecuado de efervescencia, y en plenitud de aromas y sabores IMHO!

Un peu déçu, on sent bien la barrique, belle longueur, faible acidité, complexe mais pour du Cantillon, clairement pas ce qu'ils font de mieux

Mineralig, stinkt wat meer dan ik gewend ben van Lamvinus. Smaakt gelukkig wel prima. Minder fruitig.

Hanasta. Marjaisa kevyesti hapan sour. Hieno kellarin tuoksu. Sokkona voisi epäillä hieman korkkivikaiseksi viiniksi.

Dark & Sour December (4/31) This is really bridging the gap to wine. Delightful grape heavy lambic, nicely tart up front with a huge depth of flavour afterwards.

Au nez ça sent légèrement le vin vert portugais. En bouche on est sur une belle acidité qui enveloppe le goût vineux. Un bel alliage de céréales et de vin en somme.
