Grapes are upfront and it slowly leads to the funky lambic finale. I really enjoyed it and it reminded me a lot of Burdock's beers.

Red wine colouring. Sour. Fruity. Very drinkable. Strong.

Nice aged wine flavors, tart, oaky, only a hint of funk

Ruby red pour, olive funk, flavor is complex, yeast, wine, funk, barn, berries, cherries and herbal flavor. Dry finish oak and vanilla. The best lambic character. A lot of words to say if you like this stuff you will really like this.

Ook deze weer helemaal op orde. Lekker zuur en rinsig. Kleine bitter.

My first cantillon Wow v much like sour wine wine grapes r v prominent Maybe more wine than lambic dry But just barely enough tartness to call it a lambic Wow Am so glad I got this for my first cantillon Such a unique wine/sour ale Thanks, Kitayama-san
