Thanks Alex! Bottled 12 JUL 2021. Near clear golden. Sour grains, very floral, grapey, parmesan, old rainbarrel. Thick and smooth. Dense and beautiful.

Dziękuję Pan nieznajomy. Głównie skórzane, lekko karmel, piwniczne , dzikie. W ustach kwaśne, skórzane, ściągające , piwnica, trochę karmelki tu też, słodowe, ciut mineralne. Smaczne

Guess I've never checked in the master. It's not my favorite offering from Cantillon but still appreciate the beer.

Tart, leather and sour grains. Green apple. Light, thin body with no carbonation. Season 20/21. Best at room temp. Better than a fine wine.
