Cantillon på tapp har ändå något. Vet ej årgång. Rätt så tydlig syra, låg kolsyra och en del svavel. Det är gott.

Serverades från fat och var en omärkt vintage. Gott, men är bättre med en refermentering på flaska.

It’s Christmas, bring out the good shit. This is 4 almost 5 years old. Maybe should be older. This bottle could use more carbonation. Great funky nose, nice tart and light finish. A bit of astringency. Good, but expectations were very high.

Really light body, mild. Lemon citrus, cork, paper, dusty funk, green grape, and something vaguely herbal on finish. Hint of balsamic.

Nice. A little flatter than I would have expected. Nice tartness. Maybe should have chilled a little more before serving, but that’s on me.
