Absolutely fantastic. Flat, no bubbles. Light tartness and a massive body. Should have bought more to age!

Vrm complexe et spéciale. Goûte fermier et ton sûr et âpre x1000 j’adore Dodo : Goûte à goûte. Je prendrais pas une grosse gorgée. Acide Erin : Meilleure que ale. Après plusieurs gorgée c’est bon

Net te plat om perfect te zijn, maar komt in de buurt. Prachtig gelaagd, fruitig, bloemig, droog en zuur.

Hmmm... Almost no smell. Very subtle taste. Even more so this time I'm not getting the price tag. Andy's happy though and that's what counts.

Reet old funky bugger this, took a good few sips to get the chops round it! Massive cidery apple character, super dry on the palate with a whack of oakey tannic notes and a puckering acidity to round it out. Complex wee sipper 👌
