4.30. quite stinky on open. It needs to sit a while in the air. Very fruity jammy finish.

Blueberries is very present this year, hints of raspberries in the finish, heavy stable/horse blanket, a good amount of funk for this young lambic, great mouthfeel. One of the better vintages for sure.

Noget mere kompleksitet end 21’eren. Dejlig funk, stadig masser af blåbær, animalsk, uld, knastør, Nice!

Absolutely a banger Blabaer like the old times and the best vintages of this one. Surprisingly good. Intensity of fruit AND bretta just under the surface. Blueberry melts with lambic. Liked this a lot. 4.40

Fruity, sour, a bit tart. Blueberry, some fruity sweetness, dry wood. Very nice.

Was thinking this might end up being different from blueberry lambic, but this is fairly similar. Highly carbed with bright vinous berries and bandaids.
