Piękna rzecz. Dzikość wyraźna ale nie mocno oborowa. Sporo winnego charakteru, skórki ciemnych winogron, trochę taninowe i ciut octowe. Ogólnie super poskładane.

Paired with sous vide Swedish wagyu cross ribeye with buttertossed new potatoes in wilted bitter greens and sauce béarnaise. Deliciously fruity and amazing now but will be even better in 3-4 years as usual. Great stuff the spring back had 2 bottles.

Jus de raisin pétillant sauvage. Grande précision, équilibre, juteuse, croquante, acidité contrebalancé par ces notes de raisin. C est top.

A heftier version of sours than the last two. Good mouthfeel and flavor. It has this nice vino-inspired, soft, acidic fruitiness that’s very pleasant.

Man this is smooth, red wine grapes are clear but not overwhelming. Bottom of the bottle, but not too yeasty. Fantastic

Resinous, red fruits, berries, ripe fruits, merlot, winy grapes, slight funky, acid nose. Flavor is moderate to heavy tarty, acid, resinous, cherry, winy, red fruits dry ending. Body is medium, texture is oily, average to fizzy carbonation.
