Signature musty lemons, fresh earthy grains, white peppered leathery grapey funk, brilliant mellow lactic acidity, tart dry finish. Fantastic.

Still lovely. Tastes like the top floor of the brewery - musty, funky, tannic with a bit of lemon. Dry, yeasty, earthy. Paired very well with some lemon garlic scallops and asparagus.

Zacht zuur, beduidend minder zuur dan een verse, funky, tonen van appel, honing en hout en een licht bittere afdronk. Door de Corona proef ik waarschijnlijk niet alles maar dit is top!

2017! Kleur: mistig geel. Geur; stal, bloemig, gedroogd gras. Smaak: Goed, zacht, grassig, stal en plattenland. Wat citrusschil fris gras met tarty.

Mejora la cosa. Las Geuzes anteriores de Cantillon que había probado, me parecian muy flojas. Aroma a cabra y en boca se nota ligeramente la barrica, funky y se puede hasta mascar.
