绝对是女生会喜欢的酒。酸梅 李 甜度很高的康。霉香很明显，酸橙 一点柠檬，非常清爽refreshing, 酸度后面也能感觉到桶味，酒花苦基本没有。

Liesse is a lovely little restaurant w/ some recently small plates (their cold udon noodz!). And, this little Cantillon gem on-site. Terrific aroma of peach juice & summertime. It's got a carby bite, mildly acidic, on the finish, which cuts the 🍑 flavor.

EB Brussels, Lot and Antwerpen trip, September 2-4. I quite liked this. Acidic but not too acidic and plenty of tart yellow plums. Reminded me a lot of the plum lambics we just had at 3F but I suspect they will age better.
