Lambica de 2 anys amb gerds. Acidesa punyent, vinagre, gerds, moderadament funky. Els gerds molt naturals i en la seva mesura perfecta. Bombolla molt fina. Top! Embotellada fa 5 mesos, seria interessant provar-la envellida uns anys a veure com evoluciona.

Bottled 11/05/20...Another super fresh bottle from Cantillon.As with the Kriek some days ago, this is mindblowing..So much raspberry jam with the trademark Cantillon tartness. Marvellous to say the least.

Jammy sweet, tart but berries. Very very bright and young. Tons of raspberries.

Short-lived head, minimal carb in glass. Super jammy nose and palate, hints of funk but a nice young fruity bottle. Hasn’t developed much funk yet and so is nice and refreshing if less complex.

Greatest color ever. Super fruity. Under-ripe raspberries, red current. A bit of vanilla. Feels even sweet. Simple and beautiful.
