Väldigt trevlig med schysst funk och aprikos-toner av nån anledning. Lite liten kropp dock

What a change a decade+ makes. This is incredibly vinous with an assertive lactic sourness, rich leather and sherry notes from where steady oxidation has transformed this. Some earthy and bitter notes round it out. I prefer younger, but this is superb.

My oldest bottle, wild taste for sure. Soo much oak barrel flavors. Light carb. Green apple, not as funky as I would've guessed.

March 17. A touch dull, carbonation is fading. Heavy funk on the palate with some nice citrus notes.

This is confirmed to be the 100% Lambic Bio version by the Cantillon bartender. Beers destined for aging are not given normal labels. Very, very good, better for each sip.

En nariz es muy plano y no parece que le haya afectado el paso del tiempo. El gas es casi nulo pero en la boca la cosa cambia. Albaricoques, pasas, hierbas y muy funky.
