참기름 짜고 남은 고소~~~~~ 한 향, 풍미. 펑키함 확실하고 젖은 가죽내 확실히 풍겨주고. 맛에선 아직 핵과류 맛이 꽤나 쨍쨍하게 남아있고 약간은 축축한 나무 씹는듯한 풍미가 기분 좋다. 워낙 쨍쨍해서 목구멍에 살짝 타르티함이 남음 굿

Ça a étonnamment assez peu vieilli, c'est très vivace, très fruité et boisé, assez funky, plutôt acide

Last bottle in my "cellar". Had 300+ at one point. Glad I graduated this phase of Beer-nerdom. Actually, I'm buying fancy whiskey now, so f#ck me, I guess.

Upped rating. This one was a bit divisive in the tasting, but I really liked it.

In a great place. Acidity has mellowed bringing in more wood and complex funk.

Took a while to open up. Funky nose leads to a delicate blend of sour citrus notes then a surprise layer of what seems like rhubarb. Fun bottle

Flat corking but decent carb upon pour - mineral, cedar, barn yard, leather, apricot, plum, card board aromas, med body, flavours follow aromas. And that's what's going on at Augusta.
