Mengeling van Lambik gebrouwen op 30 november 2016 en 6 december 2016, gerijpt in Cognac vaten en gebotteld op 10 maart 2020. Blend of lambic brewed on 30 November 2016 and 6 December 2016, aged in Cognac barrels and bottled on 10 March 2020.

2019 cork but bottles in 2020 🤷‍♂️ Initially i get tons of barrel. wet old wood, vanilla, fortified wine, bit boozy even. Low on carbonation as is normal with Cantillon. Fun bottle that can probably go for a long time
