Wow big barrel presence. First time I’ve said boozy to a lambic or something 7% lol, not in a bad sense but the cognac let’s you know it’s there. Im really enjoying this guy, barrel works well with the base. Fantastic!

That sweaty apple cider lambic character but less aggressive. cognac lends some spice, wet oak, caramelized apricots and a balanced touch of sweetness that lingers into a barnyard finish. Probably the most nuanced spirit/barrel I’ve had since VGT ~ 4.7

Een redelijk zuur bier wat mooi in balans wordt gebracht door de de vatrijping die wat zoetere tonen van abrikozen, perzik en druiven geeft, aangevuld met een royale dosis funk, wat hout en een licht bittertje in de afdronk. Wat een topper!
