W aromacie wanilia, drewno, słodycz fajna, trochę octu, grejpfrucik, drewienko, destylat. W ustach octowe niestety trochę, wanilia, drewno, ziemiste, ciut piwnica, destylat. Bardzo smaczne piwko

3.9, octowosc się przewija przez cały czas, beczka jakaś bardzo schowana, jednak trochę zawód. Ciało dość pełne, bardzo dużo skóry i sporo kwaśności.

Cant move past the banana. Very heavy yak influence and I love yak, but it's putting off like a brown-forman or 1792 banana vibe. Least fav of the 50n batches that I've tried

Small head and a dark golden color. Medium body with strong malty notes which balance the sourness. Very clean for this type of beer, I expected more complexity.

Space for evolution, acetic too much present in nose and mouth. Nose is funky, woody and light vinous. Light bodied almost flat. In mouth funk, tart, sweet and lightly acetic finish
