Funk relativement prononcé, raisin plus prononcé et impression vineuse légère. Fortes notes de thym et de basilic, étrangement. C'est très bon, mais j'attends de voir ce que donne une bouteille vieillie.

Aroma: black pepper, cranberry, thyme, rosemary, leather, mustiness, hints of strawberry, BC’s rough/dirty funk, oak. Initial flavour: savoury, herbal, bitter, slightly fruity/sweet, funky, sour. Mouthfeel: light, delicate. Finish: funky, earthy, acidic.

Very late check-in. d’Aunis is in incredable shape. Aroma had some lactic notes, but the taste is really refined, grapy, complex, vinous and delicious. Grapes shine through and the balance is really good. Acidity is rather medium. Very good.

Cantillon House funk, berries, green grapes, minerals, cherry, organic cereal, and dark fruit. Acidity is super low. Really nice. 4.4
