Shiitake-mushroom-like musty Brett funk and Wakefield Triangle forced rhubarb poached in white wine, lemon juice, lemon zest & aromatic leafy herbs on the nose; taste is tart lactic acidity, juicy, jammy steamed rhubarb, white-pepper-y funk & oak tannins.

Aromas of spring??? Rhubarb comes through, tastes like a fruit pickle, quite well integrated, not much else jumps out apart from a nice velvety texture
