5%, bottled 12 October 2018. Light, vinous, tart, smooth and fruity.

Bottle states 5%. Moderate acidity. Incredibly dry, light white wine grape vibes. Low funk. Not hugely complex

Last vig from our Cantillon trip in 2019 to celebrate my birthday share. Many thought this was an unfruited geuze like A&G, I loved it still, got better over time, still pretty sharp notes of grape skin up front

Ok to revisit. Very dry oaky tarty vinous grapes with a hint of fruits. Not among my fav Cs I must admit. Quite harsh and offensive on the palette, but not undrinkable.

Lovely, just lovely. That little hint of vinegear that never gets to you. Instead, you’re bombarded with grapes. What a treat.

The best Vigneronne I've had by a long shot. Brought back crystal clear memories of Zwanze Days and bottle shares back east. A bomb of both nostalgia and funk.

Pours a lightly hazy yellow with no head. Yogurt like tartness, light balsamic vinegar, walnut shell like woody notes on the nose. Assertive plain yogurt like tartness, lightly acetic, with woody like walnut shell flavors in the background. Almost still.

Marking a bittersweet day with this special beer purchased at the brewery in 2019 while Naomi was pregnant. Tomorrow, Meatball starts daycare and Naomi goes back to work after an incredible mat leave. Naomi, we love you and you truly are Super Mom!

Lemongrass and apricots meet on a the field of battle and with a slight pucker and a floral whisp, they embrace and take a long walk on the beach.

Fresh white grapes, lemon and wet hay aroma. Sharp lemon sherbet and brett funk, into lemon curd and grape skin tannin. Finishes with lemon juice and apple. Really complex beer, can taste 3 different lemon notes. 2018 cork

Pretty underwhelming bottle from the 10/18 bottling. Nose is OK, touch of the Loon bleach thing. Taste isn't great - mostly tart. Some white grape up front but THP on the back end that keeps getting stronger. This is pretty bad right now unfortunately.
