This has greatly improved with age. Tart, old dusty timber, lemon, white grapes. Like I'm back in the taproom.

Very nice and pronounced white grape note on the nose as well as on the palate. Light and pleasantly dry finish with a very nice drinkability. Gladly more of it

Pretty damn good lambic. White wine grape comes through prominently, and the beer is well balanced.

Bright grape spritziness over a lovely lambic base. Citrus and fresh white grape notes dominate, but the funky depth lingers and gives a heap of body. Lots of phlegm on the tongue. Every part a Cantillon and I love it.

It is quite tart and somewhat sweet and it is delicious. I like it a bit tart and it goes well with the spicy food I am eating. The flavor is white grapes, apple, lemon, and notes of white wine, and oak. It is perfect and has a very nice and somewhat tart

Lively carb, a bit sour, lots of funky grapes. High minerality in this bottle, very nice finish.

Perfect balance of fruit, funk and acidity. I think 3 years in the bottle is the sweet spot.
