Bien tart, vineuse et raisins blancs. Petite touche fruitée qui coupe l'acidité, c'est excellent.

500e bière, ça se fête! Nez sur des touches délicates de cuir. En bouche, c’est tout en finesse! Super beau funk, cuir, petit raisin présent (mais tout de même assez smooth). Très peu acide.

Probably my least favourite old label Vigneronne, but I still love it. Just quite a bit more lemony than I remember. Still would pick any old label Vigneronne over the new stuff.

Réduction au nez, étonnant vu l'âge, bon kick d'acidité, raisin blanc léger, bonne longueur mais la réduction reste tout du long

Vraiment sur le raisin. Minérale, funky et légèrement fromagère. Particulièrement acide, trop même. Bon lambic!
