Mocno plesnia daje, przez ktora przebijaja sie winogrona, ale slaby ich udzial, sa lekko przyprawowe, jednak sporo piwnicznych i skorzanych nut, 4,0, s: lekko slodkie z poczatku, a pozniej lekko ocet (ale ze Canti :o), mocno przyprawowe od winogron, 3,9.

I apparently only ever had 2018 in Belgium, so it was time to break into the stash! Drinking well, just getting first dusty / peppery notes. Moderate acidity. Very slight older vig "manure", but no funky cheese notes yet.

De druiven zitten er mooi in. Droog en fris. Zachte gist invloed. Licht zuurtje. Alles wat ik van deze Vig verwacht is aanwezig. Smaakvol.

Mellower acid than the lambics I've tried before. The grapes give a pleasant sweetness. I could probably drink the whole bottle.

Seems to be in a slumber at the moment, low on acidity and somewhat muted.

Big grape and oak upfront, funk and finishes dry, this guy has aged really well.

Damn, that extra age took this to a little higher level. Still lots of similar characteristics, but with a more complex funk, nice mild sherry like oxidation, more wood presence and overall balance. I'm glad I saved this!

Superb with that extra year of aging. More depth of funk and base lambics, yet still lots of fruit. More tannic grape, light sherry, old wooden cellar, green apple, pear, barnyard. A little lighter acidity than 19. Brilliant! 4.7

Vraiment vraiment smooth, délicat et subtil. Moelleux, flat, le lambic le moins acide que j'ai goûté à date, p'tit raisin rafraîchissant. J'ai pas vraiment déguster, j'étais trop heureux de voir Juga ❤️. Merci Bien l.
