Won’t ever know why they moved from Muscat to Viognier. Unfortunate comparisons to the Bofkont Muskaat 2020 mean this gets a lower rating as a result. Very nice though. 4.35

Very tasty gear. Lots of tart citrus, string acidity, a faint herbal note, ample woody pale dryness. Hugely drinkable.

Rich, funky citrus fruits, lemon, lime, vinous, wet oak. Hazy gold, small, creamy, white head. Light sour. Sour citrus fruits, lemon and lime, wet oak, acidic, vinous, subtle funk, soft carb, full bod. Very nice, intense but balanced.

Peach, minerality and grape must reign supreme. Incredible generous nose. Length of flavour is massive. This is a serious Cantillon - as if there is ever a joker in the pact anyway. Flavour develops more oak, peach and grape skin with balanced acidity.

October 15 2018 bottle. Mild carb, mild acidity. White grapes and horse blankets. Exceptional beer, this is singing at the 5 year point

Absolutely lovely lambic. I love the flavor profile from the muscat here, it's so balanced. So smooth for a lambic of this style. Wine-like. Very aromatic. Many thanks Pub S. for sharing this amazing bottle!

See it on the menu….no hesitation whatsoever! Lemon lime with grapefruit peel. Tart and acidic with white wine notes. Touch of that funky wooden brett from Cantillon. Epic bottle!
